不会骑马的骑士

Susan is a newc omer to America.   She has not known English very well.  

One day she was selecting clothes in a store.  

“Is it for girl or boy?” she asked, pointing to a garment.  

“Unisex!” the black shop-boy replied emphatically.  

This reply, however, made Susan feel she was being harassed, since she mistook it for “You need sex.”  

While she was getting angry for it, the shop-boy added, “U-N-I-sex!”

But this additional explanation only made Susan cry out instantly, “You dirty pig, call your manager to me!   What are you telling me?!”   Do you know?   She thought she had heard

“You and I sex!”

註：1. 故事中，“Unisex”被聽成“You need sex”而“U-N-I-sex”被聽成“You and I sex”。
       2. sexual harassment ( 性騷擾 )，mistake A for B (把 A 誤認為 B)。
